Clive Barker's Undying.

Yes. It's an old game, pretty underrated. Not that gory but they have some pretty wicked scenes there. :)

Pretty sure some would say 'Soldier of Fortune' but I think the Dead Rising games are pretty gory.

I would have to say that Spy Vs. Spy was the most violent game I have ever played!

There is another one gory videogame, but sadly it's not on PC.

It's called "Condemned 2".

The rabid bear chase is really that crazy!  O0

i forgot name of it but you play as a guy called torque.....

and allso oblivion with a mod called deadly reflex (i made the gore so you know its good ;P )
