but remember that this means that this date can be changed for some reason (something will need to improve) so do not get excited too much in order not to be disappointed

Is there a chance of getting a key when the game is blocked in germany? :(

Buying the game on Desura or Gog is not an option for me since I do not have a bank account nor PayPal/Credit card, I use something called PaySafe which is a prepaid card to get all my Steam games
