Russian Version of Postal 2...I Can't Understand

When I recieved my order of Postal Fudge Pack about a week ago, I got this russian game of Postal 2 that came with it. As a non-russian speaker or translator, I want to know what is this version of Postal 2 all about? I really can't understand what is going on in this game.

The name of the game I'm talking about is Postal 2 Штопор ЖжОт (note: I copied the name, did not write it).

it  is mod made by akella , wich they were selling in russia
its about man , who wakes up in hospital and realises that he has no dick.
the goal of the game is to find it.
it is actualy a mess ,but there are some funny moments( one or two  ).
there is no point of playing this , unless you know russian language

The plot

The protagonist, a stallion named Corkscrew (which, in appearance, is no different from the dude from Postal 2), wakes up in the "nuthouse." Attempting to answer the questions " Where am I? "," Who am I? "realizes that he has amnesia . Later, he discovers that he has a strange, is not a stallion's voice. Trying to explain this, he begins to find his penis and discovers that he underwent sex-change operation. He did not have time to figure out what happened to him after all, as it is "discharged" from the hospital and thrown out of the building. After Corkscrew map reveals a strange city to him Muhosransk City and comes up with the first task - "pozyrit on Billboards." Then control passes to the player.

At least you can explore the city unlike AW. Other than that, it's very so-so.

Knowing the sypnosis of the game makes it more... weird. I like the funky soundtrack they have on the map.
