Cannot start Postal2 Share the Pain
« on: May 31, 2012, 07:05:10 PM »
I had recently purchased and just received my order today.  I installed the games and only Postal 1 works!  (well somewhat, I can't turn left without having to repeatedly tapping the left arrow key!!!).  Postal 2, and A Week in Paradise all give me this error:

Assertion failed: InPos<=Size [File:..\..\Core\Inc\FFileManagerWindows.h] [Line: 57]

History: FArchiveFileReader::Seek <- ULinkerLoad::Seek <- LoadImportMap <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerLoad <- UObject::GetPackageLinker <- ULinkerLoad::VerifyImport <- ValidateImports <- ULinkerLoad::Verify <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerLoad <- UObject::GetPackageLinker <- ULinkerLoad::VerifyImport <- ValidateImports <- ULinkerLoad::Verify <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerLoad <- UObject::GetPackageLinker <- ULinkerLoad::VerifyImport <- ValidateImports <- ULinkerLoad::Verify <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerLoad <- UObject::GetPackageLinker <- UObject::StaticLoadObject <- (Engine.Level None.MyLevel Entry) <- VerifyPackages <- UGameEngine::LoadMap <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

Eternal Damnation however gives me something completely different:

"This application has failed to start because Engine.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I reinstalled it twice and still get the same thing.

I am running Windows XP if that helps, is there anything I can do to fix these issues?  Please let me know, I really want to play your games!

Where did you buy them? Seems like a duff download.
