Neutral Ending?

So I've gotten the Good and Bad endings and I hear there's a neutral one?
Is there a certain number of times I need to switch sides for this, can I do it once, or was I supposed to kill the cops and the hippies at the bank?

I killed them all in all missions and got bad ending.
The final boss of the good ending is Chavez, LOL.
