I have spent a lot of time on the internet recently. I usually just look at the top news stories and move on but this one has me pissed off. The movie for The Avengers is under fire, because of an adoption joke.
No shit, it has even gone as far as a dip shit, name Jamie Berke, leading a petition for the joke to be cut from the film. You know, because this guy is such a great fucking director that he knows better than the guy who produced this piece. I agree that Jamie has the right to do this, I also have the right to call him an over sensitive douche.
Yeah, because all adopted children will become a villian from norse mythology. Jamie, are you a fucktard? I need publicity as mch as anyone else does but this is foul to me. If you were that upset, go ask for your money back and leave. Oh yeah, but that won't get you headlines on MSNBC.
Calling a joke a human rights violation? Are you fucking kidding me? Lady, pop some Valium and chill the fuck out. If Marvel apologizes to the adoption community, I want you to appology for mislabeling this a human rights violation. Jesus H. Christ, we have major acts of genocide going on and you are starting a petition for a joke.
I head this joke. I was just kind of meh about it but it's an old joke. I do want to say, that she does have a right to this petition and I respect it. I would also respect her not labeling this the worst human rights offense we as a nation have ever seen. The line in question follows.

Making creators tip toe doesn't make a more sensitive society, it actually makes us less understanding. While she likes to point out 2 lines from a 2 hour movies, she misses the overall point. That is, people of different backgrounds can come together and stand up for what's really like. Hey, kind of like an adopted family.
