Steam says Postal III not available even though I bought it

I bought a Postal III key from RWS for $16, installed Steam, downloaded Postal III,Steam seemed to accept my key but now when I try to start the game Steam says 'Postal III is not currently available on Steam'. Any idea what's wrong? Steam works for me for another game (Duke Nukem Forver so I don't think it's my Steam install although Steam is pretty buggy, I had to re-installl Duke to get it to work.)

Right click on Postal 3, go to properties, click Local Files and click verify intergrity of game cache. I'd also recommend you try rebooting your PC aswell.
