They got problems with paying the credit ,wich they took from SB bank.
It is actualy pretty impressive debt(about 153 millions rubbles or about 50 millions dollars)
The interesting thing , that vice president of akella, Vladimir Curd blames piracy ,console market(in wich they have practicaly no projects) and internet distribution(wich they dont use at all).
But he doesnt talk about quality of their games and shit they were releasing through 2009-2012 .
Also he didnt even catch sight on postal 3.
IMO its good punishment for all that "games" there where releasing , but the bad part is that we could never see SDK.
