the thing about chavs is that they're disaffected for failing to begin, whereas the postal dude has been onboard the "american dream" for quite some time and one day just flips, like it's all become illuminated. i don't think chavs would suffice for the game. they just don't have the credibility of someone who's "been through it" like the american postal dude has.
