Am I doing something wrong?

I want to enjoy Postal 1 so much but I can't get used to these controls. The game becomes ungodly hard due to me being unable to hit anything. Is there a secret to making this issue better? Like playing with a controller or something?

Are you having that left-arrow not working glitch?
Beucase if you aren't, i don't know what to say... For me Postal 1 was a little hard even in easy... So i used cheats xD

God mode: iamsolame
All weapons/ammo/armor: gimmedat
If you died: hesstillgood
