Not able to install awp mod

Okay, now I've ruled out you just doing something retarded, I'll download AWP from that same link and see what I can dig up, bare with me.

Ok seems like some files are missing from sounds folder and static meshes.
Found that by downloading(this mod is hard to find elsewhere) and compared the folders,the one downloaded had tha Mad_Modsz...etc. so i've installed your awp and copy-pasted the 2 missing files.
You can compare the awp you have on forums with this one:

Only 2 small files are missing.

If you want,i'll send you my whole AWP folder,with all updates and stuff.
And i have another question which is not related to this section,i don't know how to  enter properly weapons sets commands in console.For example "betty" command for a weapon.(cheats are enabled)
