I would say Dude is about maybe 38 or 40 atleast. He doesn't strike me as young and he doesn't strike me as old either. Or maybe he is really 28 and happens to look older due to smoking too much crack!

my ideal range is between 38 and 48, so my answer is Early 40's.
In postal 2 looks like he is 48, in postal 3 he looks younger...apparently late 30's
