Ok, I got your point guys, thanks for replies.
So, let me clear one thing. If I want to create my own boss (and use da Champ for example and change his animations and mesh), I need to use the PL base, yep?

And one more thing. I'm more interested in some mapping features. I seen some of them in script sources. Does they have interesting features?

Sometimes my engrush sucks, sorry 4 that.

I mean in theroy you could port back anything from PL to work in your mod for P2. We'd rather you didn't, as we'd like these mods to help promote PL to people, and encourage them to buy / try it. But we'd not stop you either.

Yeah, any updates we did to PL, as well as new animations were ported back to P2 pretty much on release of PL (because we are nice like that). 

But that still leaves all the new NPCs, textures, music and various other things exclusive to PL, which would allow for a much richer game over all.

Not sure what you mean. GoG Windows is in line with Steam. PL will be out on GoG soon we hope (we submitted it to them a few days back). Linux will also come to GoG soon. We're also working on Galaxy support for all games.

The current build of P2 on Steam crashes a lot less than AWP did back in the day, and we're still trying to catch other problems. It's not easy because we don't have the source code for the physics part of the engine, which is where the root of the problems are, so we're having to try and band aid it as much as possible, with some success so far judging on our crash reports inbox.

Yeah it's 100% going onto Steam. Actually, if we release it under out own account we might even be tempted to update it a little once we release the updated Eternal Damnation ,we're all having a hard time fully leaving P2 modding behind ;)

Interesting. Not really sure why that is, normally the only thing that will improve FPS in UE2 these days are faster single core CPU speeds.

Paradise Lost is right now only available on Steam to those that own P2 on Steam also. In the not so distance future P2 will be on sale for 85% off on Steam, and PL will be discounted a bit too, so hang tight and you'll get both for a nice price.

That bug was fixed very shortly after release, I have no idea how you still have it on the Steam version (that map should not have been open that day)

Anyway, to get around it you can get arrested, then go grab your equipment again and the C4 will be there.

It's fixed on the Windows build and has been for some time, Mac updates coming soon to STeam.
