Veterans Day 2014

The time has come once again to officially remember and honor the servicemen who have given their work and their lives to insure that we can live in freedom without fear. November 11 is celebrated around the world in different peace loving countries. Although the day has been given different titles such as Armistice Day for the signing of the armistice on the 11th hour of the 11th day in the 11th month of World War 1, it was changed to Veterans Day in United States after World War 2 in order to include the American servicemen who fought in different conflicts in order to keep our country free. In Britain it may be known as Remembrance Day, Armistice Day or simply Poppy Day. In Canada November 11 is known as Remembrance Day.

No matter what November 11 is known as, it is a day to remember and be thankful to the millions of servicemen who gave everything to ensure we are able to live our lives to the fullest. It is a day filled with parades, military and church services, prayers and may be a part or full day holiday. A...

LRon’s POSTAL Halloween

Halloween may be all over for another year but should that mean it is too late to have another Halloween feature? Nope! One of the best parts of Halloween isn't the candy; it’s the creative outfits and costumes. It's always interesting to see what everyone was wearing. There is usually always someone dressed in something totally outrageous that will totally amaze you and make you wonder how they ever came up with the idea. Sometimes a costume looks awesome; other times it looks like... well at least they tried. What did you do for the Spooktacular holiday? Did you dress up? If so, what did you dress up as? Maybe you were sweet little princess or perhaps something ominous and evil that takes a lot more creativity and imagination. Have any pictures you would like to share? If so post them below so everyone can enjoy them. It would be a real treat to see some of the tricks our fans get up to.

First off we would like to share with you the Halloween Adventure one of our fans had. He actually posted it on our [colo...

Indie Spotlight: Steam Curator

Long before it became thought of as being cool, we had a feature called the Indie Spotlight. Every other month or so we featured an Indie game that in our humble opinion was interesting enough that we wanted to share it with other gamers. It was a rather fun feature as it allowed us to voice our opinions not just on POSTAL related things but on other games as well. Granted, you can never have enough POSTAL or POSTAL related goodies, but as the saying goes, variety is the spice of life.

How did we choose what got featured? Good question! To start off, we didn't take bribes or any other under the table payments. Typically, we just seen or bought something we thought looked kind of interesting, tried it out, then reached out to the Developer and asked permission to do the Spotlight on it. Not everyone gave permission and not everyone even bothered to reply. For those that didn’t wish the free publicity, we respected their wishes and didn't post a Spotlight even if it was a game we really wanted to shar...
