Merry Christmas, 2017!

Some of us may be celebrating this time of year with our closest loved ones, exchanging presents, smiles, love and happiness with one another; getting lost in the magical atmosphere of togetherness and warmth that the season might bring. Meanwhile the rest of us may be shutting ourselves off from the world and from other people, instead spending the time alone with books, movies or video games, either by choice or by unfortunate circumstance. We may not know which of these categories you fall into, as a fan and supporter of us and our games, but we know that you’ve been here for us throughout the year, both through good times and rough times, and as such we want to be here for you as well. So with that in mind, no matter who you are or how you are spending this holiday season, we wish you a Merry Christmas (or your equivalent holiday)!

We have a lot to be grateful to all our wonderful fans for, as we look over the last year. We know how patient a lot of you are being, in waiting for any word or update on future games that we’re working on. While we can’t promise an ETA on when we can finally reveal it to you, we can assure you that we are taking our time to making the best title for you that we can, and we have no intention of rushing it out the door. We know the wait can be frustrating, but we appreciate the patience and fortitude, none the less!

But of course the big thing this year was the 20th anniversary of POSTAL, which we celebrated with the release of POSTAL XX – a 20th anniversary box set of the entire POSTAL franchise, which you all have been ordering in droves and showing us pictures on our social media, which is always a treat! We sincerely hope that the box set proves to be an enjoyable item for all our fans, as we wanted to give you something special for the anniversary. And in addition to the box set, we also released an update to the original POSTAL on Steam, which, among other things, brings the old 1997 Santa Patch content to the game, which is active in the game throughout the holiday season – so feel free to launch the game right now, and enjoy taking on Santa, his explosive presents and the legions of reindeer! Of course neither of these could have happened if it weren’t for the loving fans that keep supporting us, one way or another. We don’t say it often enough, but we couldn’t do any of this without you!

So, no matter which of those two groups from the first paragraph you might fit into, know that we appreciate the fact that you’ve been here supporting us throughout the year. We love you all, and we hope your holidays can be at least as good as ours! Merry Christmas!
